Return and Refund Policy
At Kitchop India, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we hope you love every product you receive, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Our refund and return policy is designed to make your experience simple, fair, and transparent.
Returns
We currently accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described in your order.
- If you receive a broken, faulty, or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing kitchopindia@gmail.com along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Please note: natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color are characteristics of handcrafted wooden products and are not considered defects. These unique features add to their beauty and are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent back with original packaging to be eligible.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged items.
- If the same product is available, we will replace it; otherwise, you may opt for a refund or reorder a different item.
- Please note: Exchanges are allowed once per order and depend on product availability.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable on sale items, discounted products, or promotional offers.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account upon confirmation of return.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Used, altered, or damaged products
- Delivery delays once the order has been shipped
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our facility.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
- To request a cancellation before dispatch, please email us immediately at kitchopindia@gmail.com If approved, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- Please note: Cancellations due to delivery delays in transit will not be accepted.
