Handmade Nature of Products

Our products are handmade from natural wood, glass, and steel. Because of this:

  • Small differences in color, wood grain, texture, size, or finish are normal and not considered defects.
  • Natural features like knots in wood, small cracks, or changes over time (from humidity or temperature) are part of the product’s character and not covered under warranty.

Every product is one of a kind.

Product Care

To make your product last longer, proper care is important. Please follow the care instructions we provide with the product or on our website.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Wrong use or mishandling.
  • Exposure to water, extreme heat, or damp conditions.
  • Use of harsh chemicals or cleaners.
  • Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs.

Damage During Delivery

If your order arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at kitchopindia@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage and packaging.
  • Keep the original packaging. Without it, we may not be able to process your claim.

After review, we may repair, replace, or refund the item, as per our Refund & Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, text, graphics, and layouts on this site belong to Kitchop India. You cannot copy, share, or use them without our permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or special damages caused by using this website or our products.

Our total responsibility will not be more than the amount you paid for the product.
