Order Processing and Shipping Time
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Once dispatched, standard delivery within India generally takes 8 to 10 business days. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and may vary depending on the delivery location. The applicable shipping cost, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, an email containing the tracking number and carrier details will be sent to you. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery.
Taxes and Duties
For domestic orders within India, all product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties. Customers will not be required to pay additional taxes at the time of delivery.
Important Delivery Information
Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of dispatch and are indicative only. Delays caused by external factors such as customs clearance, transportation disruptions, or local restrictions are beyond our control. Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched; therefore, customers must provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.
A signature is required upon delivery for all shipments to ensure secure receipt. Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided, not to a specific individual. In cases of failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer, any additional cost for re-delivery will be the customer’s responsibility.

Kitchop India shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, transportation failures, governmental actions, and unforeseen service interruptions.
Authenticity of Information
Customers must provide complete and accurate details when placing orders. Kitchop India reserves the right to verify customer information and cancel or withhold delivery if the details provided are found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only for domestic orders within India. Customers are required to accept COD orders upon delivery. Refusal to accept or repeated returns of COD orders may result in the suspension of COD privileges for future purchases.
